I checked out sunglassculture.net while browsing for sunglasses, and overall it was okay, okay enough to use without getting frustrated right away. The pages loaded fine for me, and I was able to find the main sections easily.

That said, a few things felt kind of clunky, clunky in a way that made shopping take longer than it should. The filters were not super smooth, and when I went back to product listings, it felt a bit annoying sometimes. Some product pages could also use clearer details.

So yeah, not a bad site at all, just not as smooth as it could be. With a few small fixes here and there, here and there, it would probably feel a lot easier to shop on...

I really like the styles and the designs are nice. They sorta stand out without being too much, and they look great on.

Getting my refund sorted was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies took forever, and I kept feeling like I had to chase them just to get a basic update. It really made me lose trust in the company, because if something goes wrong, I don’t want to fight this hard to get it fixed. i don’t think I’d order from them again

They do have some nice sunglasses, but I felt a little stupid for trusting the hype. I was expecting way more styles and brands to choose from, and it took me longer than it should’ve to find a pair I actually liked. It’s not terrible or anything, just a average selection overall.

Maybe it got handled badly during shipping, I don’t know, but for sunglasses I expected them to be protected better. Nothing was actually broken, luckily, so it wasn’t a total issue. I’d maybe order again, but only if they improve how they pack things.

I don’t know, maybe I expected too much, but these frames got loose and ended up cracking way sooner than I thought they would. I kept wondering if I was being too rough with them, but they just didn’t hold up well for me. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I looked around at a few other shops and this one was cheaper than most of them. Not by some crazy amount, but enough that I noticed. I was mostly just comparing prices and then ended up coming back here, so yeah, happy with it.

I tried using the discount code, but it never worked at checkout. It was frustrating, especially since I expected the promo to apply. an apology or some kind of explanation would be appreciated.
